    Hello,
    Quick Question.... I have an IFTA account... But my company got me the permits for New York, Kentucky and New Mexico. Do I do the IFTA or do they?

    You should ask your company. It should say in your lease who files ifta.
    Are the state accounts in your name or theirs. Who's name is on the account ultimately is the responsible party.
