I am filing in Pa and I can't seem to find what goes into the rate code column.

I need Pa Nj De Md and Wv.

Just search "state" IFTA tax rates. Make sure their for the proper quarter. You'll get plenty of results

I see the tax rates themselves but I thought there supposed to be some kind of a code per state.

There's one section that ask for the code and there's another section that asks for the rate
