    I actually have mine.

Haven't put it on. Are they really as sensitive (Temperature) as they try to make you believe?

We did not receive ours till Feb 15th last year . So had 13 days to get them on 8000 trucks. Got a ticket on March 1 , having a paid recept did not matter. Check cleared in Nov .

Yes they are! I put mine on one cold AZ (as cold as AZ can get... 35-40 degrees) morning and it flew off before I got to the shipper 2 hours down the road.

    Balakov100 Thanks this.

Never had a problem putting them on in cold weather. Take some windex or alcohol and clean the area where they are goin and put them on. If its really cold you could use a hair dryer or heat gun to warm up the area. I also havent gotten mine yet from Ohio. They say to be quaranteed to get them by Jan 1 you have to file by the end of Oct. I filed Nov 15th so I guess they will make me wait till they can find the time to send them out. There really is no reason it should take more than a week from the time you file till you get them other than you are dealing with a government office
