IFTA stickers go on each side of the vehicle

Have to have them with you by Jan 31, installed by March 31.

 

Officer's response would be multiple citations for things it's hard/expensive to contest - they don't have to be real violations, just plausible enough the judge doesn't get hissy. Or search the vehicle - very slowly. Plenty of ways for him to abuse his authority - like arresting him, towing the vehicle and then releasing without charges.

CCSO Officers placed Webb in a cell while his mother worked with a bail bondsman to secure his release. Although the exact length of time Webb spent in the Jail is in dispute, suffice it to say Webb was incarcerated for more than an hour. Webb paid approximately $225.00 to retrieve his truck from the tow company, $250.00 to the bail bondsman, and a $15.00 Jail fee."

Even if all the charges get tossed, dude is going to be out close to $1,000 in legal fees and court costs, not to mention his time. Sometimes it costs more to be right than its worth.
