    I am a o/o thats going to take another o/o on as a lease he will be running under my authority and the plates will be in his name so whos name would the ifta be registered in?

    If your gonna take care of it for him or pay it for him, it should be in your name. If he has to get it and take care of it on his own, it should be in his name.

    So it could be done either way. I have a lady that files mine for me I was going to pay her to file it with mine and let him pay the tax but either way we will work it out. Thanks for your help.
