    Yup, but that's because, like you, the knob we have now doesn't understand economics and decided to implement a left wing ideology by raising the royalty tax on the oil companies (you know, tax the corporations and give it to the people) and they just packed their tents and left taking thousands of high paying jobs with them and tax revenue plummeted forcing the government to run a deficit.
