IH 8600, Cant scan body controller to get codes.

We have an IH 8600 1HSHXSBR96J225940 Most gauges dont work. Jakes dont work. Cant scan body controller to get codes. Engine codes 110 FMI 5, 231 FMI 12. What would you do?
