    On Apr 30, 2015, my truck was illegally towed by Merlin Transport, DBA Excalibur Towing in Fort Worth, TX. And yes, we have a court ruling that this was in fact an illegal tow, so I'm not just throwing baseless accusations out there. The damages resulting from the tow were:
    Front axle shifted 0.16° out of alignment.
    Front drive axle shifted in pivot blocks; Left side shifted all the way forward, right side shifted all the way backwards.
    Rear drive axle broken pivot block and broken shackle hanger.
    Bent front bumper.
    3 days after getting the axles repaired and the truck back on the road, 4th and 9th gear in the trans went to where I had to physically hold the shifter in place or it would fall out of gear.
    All work done prior to the illegal tow;
    On Mar 20th, rear axles rebuilt and differentials replaced.
    On Apr 6th, both tie rod ends and drag link replaced as well as 3 axle alignment.
    April 8th, all 10 tractor tires replaced.
    April 17th, Level 1 DOT roadside inspection in Kentucky, NO DEFICIENCIES!!!
    Clearly, the damage is a result of the tow. We are heading into mediation with the tow company and are looking for anyone else who has been towed by Excalibur Towing from the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex that was either an illegal tow or a tow which resulted in ANY damage to their vehicle. If you or anyone you may know has been towed either illegally or damaged from their tow and are willing to be a witness either in person or by sworn affidavit, please let me know.

    Possibly because the earlier post was about the court case that got them the initial judgement. This one is about the upcoming mediation over the physical damage to the truck. Just a thought....

    Weird that the OP never came back to answer questions, almost feels like trolling.
