Not if you are recording the voicemail message. I have been in Telecom over 20 years so I am aware of the rules there. Record the message before it is auto deleted.

 

No problem with voicemail. Voicemail is already recorded with their knowledge.

As someone that has been both a driver and other things, it is a stark contrast what companies can use to get rid of drivers and what is available to the driver to defend themselves.

 

Yep. Sometimes we know what we are typing but don't get everything in there that pertains to the situation. LOL

Sometimes when you have been doing something so long, you just assume that everyone knows. Thanks for pointing that out.
