Forget the 50K.
Those mileage rates are too low. I guess you will have to start somewhere. But you are going to learn a little hardship out there on that pay.
Team is nice but very intense. I recall in my last year with spouse there were times Ive told her to stop that truck right there on the highway somewhere so I can quietly empty my stomach from being truck sick a time or two. And it takes like 6000 miles plus for weeks on end in the rockies to get me that bad off needing a little rest...
Arkansas is not too bad, but you are in a difficult part of little rock, learn never to go on University ave or 65th street or anywhere south of 630 at night. Never. It's a high threat area.
Im on the other side where people hold doors open for each other and say sir or ma'am. Not "Fellas." lol.

Out on the road is not a friendly place. Being sick or broke makes it even worst. Drivers become road smart. Watch your back.

It's a struggle with PAM. You can do better though. Don't waste time there if you're having to struggle.
Might have to pay that school debt with payments later if you change companies. Look at these for more weekly pay:
Transport America has a Walmart Dedicated account. It's 48 states delivering to Walmart Distribution Centers and stores. I've done that with a different company and it was ok.
Calex Logistics - has California produce runs.
Shaffer Trucking and Crete Carriers - weekly pay is real good, but hometime isn't the most desirable; probably make over $60K with either company.
Check these also:
Schuster - main account is Blue Bunny Ice Cream.
Britton Transport
Freymiller

Welcome to the forum. Some drivers' can be anal about the dumbest stuff. Don't let that scare you off.
BTW, if you are in PA, wouldn't it be, "heading DOWN to Arkansas" ?

Just pray your teammate gives good massages. Nothing worse than a bad back rub before bedtime.
Rowdys list of equipment you'll need to bring team driving.
1) new dildos - shows your new teammate you're not a cheap ####### and respect his body.
2) gallon jugs - don't piss off your teammate by laying 4 and 5 little pee jugs around. Just use one big jug.
3) 44magnum - when your teammate decides it's time to kill you and pulls out a knife you don't want to be out gunnedBill51 Thanks this.
