    I have been with Averitt Express for over a 11 years now. I was in the truckload division for 4 years, dedicated for 1.5 years and a city driver for 6 years. They have been a good company for me, but I know they are not for everyone. I especially like that they revamped the vacation plan and now it is realistic to get 5 weeks vacation.

    My favorite was jb hunt they told me how much I was going to make and my days off before I started and that's what they have always been. I recently quit and regretted it and they offered me a better job to come back and my same seniority.
