Oh I know he won't but weirder things have happened. Assuming he can lie on the application, spoof references, bypass the fact that he's been "driving" for much longer than hes actually had his CDL for AND have someone put him in a truck. The crappy shifting will definitely give him away lol

Bad idea..any company will check with the RMV on when the license was issued. Plus you have to list companies you've hauled for and if you cant come up with the years required you just wasted their time and your own on a lie..That in the end will hurt you more when you add it all up

 

At least you didnt ask about drug testing.

Well most states don't show date of issue for the class. But can you imagine how bad of a company it would be that wouldn't do a background check.
