    Concerning the 3 years of experience:

    My MVR is clean, but if they check my employment history and see that I've never worked for a trucking company before, then of course, I'm screwed.

    But... not ALL employers check your employment history... so I might get lucky, right?

    Nope. An employment background check performed by a perspective employer is an FMCSA REQUIREMENT in this industry. Meaning ALL companies are required to verify your DRIVING experience for the past ten years. They WILL find that you lied, they WILL fire your idiotic self, and they WILL list a fraudulent application on your DAC report for all the other companies to see. Which will keep you from behind the wheel of a big rig for the rest of your miserable, lying life. Have fun!
