    For every company that checks backgrounds there is two that don't. There are many small company's that will take a guy with no experience but make it look like the driver has some. Remember the experience is just for the insurance company. For every company that uses DAC there are hundreds that have never even heard of it. Its supply and demand and right now there is a huge demand in oil work.

    Yeah right they falsify experience just to hire a new driver :biggrin_2559: and when something HAPPENS what story do they tell the INSURANCE COMPANY.

    I sure as heck would not RISK everything I worked for to hire a driver and falsify his experience and after the ACCIDENT be told Sorry No Insurance YOU lied about your driver.

    It is required by DOT for them to verify all driving jobs for the last ten years. And your MVR will show when you got your permit and when your CDL was issued. You won't even get a driving test. Plus most of those jobs are tanker jobs. You need training or you will be in a ditch first day.

    Some of those companies will train new drivers. Go with one of those. You'll live longer.
