I'll say one thing, Girl, you've got the right attitude.
    I admire that.
It can take you a long way.

Roehl Transport in Conley,GA has their own cdl school and pays you $500.00 weekly while in the school. I'd put a delay on CRST for now and try Roehl first.

Don't stress over it; just get started. Once you're commitment is over there's dozens of companies that will hire you.

Do you think the truck will shut off while it's going down the road? call me crazy but doesn't team kinda mean one drives while one sleeps and vice versa

You would think. Lol. Keep up the positive attitude keep your record clean and before you know it your time served will complete. Then you can start the process of "moving on up to the east side". Sorry Jefferson's reference

I don't have "tug" brakes on half the trucks nor do I have dump valves So I must be cheap like them.

I turned off Optimized Idle on the trucks because no one cared for them but ... anyone can turn them off.

Ask my drivers how cheap I am, maybe I don't pay for that meal at carl's junior that they rave about (inside joke sorry) but they seem to be happy.

Sassy hang in there, a lot of people beat up on companies and for every 1 driver complaining, there are maybe 5 or 10 or 30 who are making a good living and enjoying the company.

Why don't you have johnson bars or dump valves?

Because they were not ordered with them for some reason. I drew the line with no power windows, power locks and mirrors, but those other thing the drivers' seem not to care. Only had one concern and he was moved to another truck that had a better seat for his back, the driver went to team with another driver so it all worked out.

See a lot of people think it is an automatic thing but the dealers have a long list of things to check off and it seems to they always miss something.

But remember spyder, I'm a cheap owner. ;)
