oh yeah & wear&tear etc....alk just STANDARD OPERATING COSTS--and please everyone like I been saying almost 40 yrs KEEP COMPLAININ AND REFUSIN NYC LOADS ONLY THING KEEPS RATES UP! Lol
Because in reality everyone who goes there regularly could care less about d/h-- the inbound rates more then cover that
And FYI--the STANDARD NYC DELIVERY SURCHARGE IS $300--So tolls r irrelevant if u r doin it right

What good paying freight near Hazleton? Or I should say WHAT FREIGHT near Hazelton?

 

just turn the load down, and look for something else. its not a productive use of time to worry with such loads, pass it by and keep looking. if ya had gooten the correct rate going in, you wouldn't even be concerned with loading out of there, just bounce to a good load.

 

Depends on customer base--we just had two good old customers move their accounts into US COLD up there --I know US can be a PITA--but it is our customer storing there--seems to make a big difference--since we are in/out in decent time--although we(I)am on the dock the entire time checking and verifying--so I don't know if that speeds us up or slows us down!--LOL
