gonna be a pain if it goes to 10 months, then too, what if it goes longer than that?
no one is gonna be in a hurry, just to help you out.
i say wait till it actually happens, that way, you do not get rejections as soon as you get your CDL?Last edited: Nov 10, 2019

Don't worry, companies hire guys & gals right out of prison and graduate from cdl school.
20 yrs. for murder is one I know of.
Get all the endorsements, including hazmat.
We'll help you find a company if needed.

If it is drugs smuggling in a CMV 20 years ago I would not worry about it. Trucking hires many felons who have killed and hurt people very badly in the past.
There is no reason you cannot be hired in this industry provided you possess a valid CDL and a valid Medical card. -
First of all, can't mask felonies with CDL jobs. Part of fmcsa regs. Well if it was vehicle related anyway.
Second, at 20 years the only problem you may or may not have is running to Canada. -

#### Canada. They send all of their reckless, criminally insane drivers down here but if you have a misdemeanor on your record you have to wait 10yrs. Even though I'm 'allowed' into their bs country, I refuse to go there. Keep your horse #### covered jackboots out of my truck. -
Felonies are usually a fed level. That means FBI database.
That's probably why it takes so long. FBI may not even grant it.
Misdemeanors don't generally go past the state level.
And while I don't have any felonies. YES. I've been down the road of misdemeanors and done my own expungment. And yes. I've talked to judges and prosecuting attorneys. I've even talked to A CIA. -
Knucklehead and dosgatos Thank this.
