for experienced drivers at conway. I know people don't like talking about pay, but currently I'm working at werner on one of their dedicated accounts and I'm bringing home between 750 and 850 a week clear. The one wrinkle, I dislike the job. It's Walmart grocery out of wisconsin. I almost came over to Conway, but backed out when werner offered a better pay package. Conway was going to hire me at .36/mile. I'm considering a change, and was wondering if some experienced drivers could clue me in on what I could expect to earn at Conway. Thanks for your time.
I'm just curious about average bring home pay...

Miles vary depending on how often you get home, what endorsements you have, whether you run Canada, how well you manage your time, & how well freight is moving wherever you happen to be.
Typically I get 2500-3300 miles/week, but I've had as many as 3800 & I want to say as few as 1200. To give you an idea, I manage my time so that I have the capacity to run 4500 miles/week and I stay out 2-3 months and then take 5 or so days off.
edit: Keep in mind that a decent chunk of your pay will be above & beyond your base cpm -- you get paid for detention, layover, extra stops, border crossings, hazmat miles, north east miles, etc -
I avg about $1000 ....usally running 2800-3300 a week @.38 , running Canada as well as lower 48
i do stay out 4-5 week because I live in FL & it's a little bit harder to get home -
Thanks for the info.
