That is incorrect. No citation is needed at all. The inspection form is what counts. You can get tickets all day long and without the inspection form nothing will hit CSA. The only points a citation will get you will be applied to your license.
I'm kinda sad... is being an Owner Operator really that bad?

Which is exactly what I stated, so how could I be incorrect and you be correct?
Illinois we do not get points on license.
You will receive points for any ticket issued while an inspection is given under CSA 2010. This is what was being discussed. Not license points. -
You are incorrect because you say you have to be ticketed and also have the inspection form. That is what is incorrect. A warning on an inspection form will affect CSA scores. The only inspection that will not ding a CSA score is one that states NO VIOLATIONS FOUND.

Go back to the thread that started you on this stupid adventure.
I was replying to a guy who HAD RECEIVED A SPEEDING TICKET and no inspection.
That is why I made the comment on the ticket.
I am well aware of the points you can receive on inspections without tickets.
Please follow the thread. -
So is this thread about traffic tickets, or becoming an owner op?
-
This is your statement. Only comes to points when the ticket is issued and there is an inspection. Otherwise no points.
Followed by this. I am well aware of the points you can receive on inspections without tickets.
-
It was in response to the guy who thought he was going to get points on a ticket issued for speeding on csa2010.
Are you just a troll? -
Yep I missed that part..only counts if inspection is failed..sorry for the thread being hijacked!
I return you to your regularly scheduled program.
