Does anyone use a log book software program that also has the pre-trip report included on it? As fun as pen and paper are, I wouldn't mind using a software program to keep my records nice, neat, and without scribbled lines for corrections.

Look up Driver's Daily Log. Seems to be pretty popular.

I used DDL since it was free. I bought it when the new HOS went into law and it was the best money I ever spent. There are a few of them and I believe they even let you "test" it before you decide on which one you want.
Keep the receipt as it is tax deductible.

I've heard good things with DDL so I think I'll give that a shot. Thanks
