2008 was 15 years ago and positives were not reported to the clearinghouse as they are now. Since you are not required to go back past 10 years I recommend you ignore the positive and see about getting a job. I also have a suspicion your biggest problem is getting a refresher because 15 years is a long time and your CDL is stale now.
What you call a mistake needs to stay in the past! Don't use substances prohibited again. The stakes are much higher these days with the clearinghouse.
I'm looking for a Sap friendly company to give me a chance?

Abilene Motor Express hires with a long gap in driving, even 20 years.
Maybe @JohnBoy will advise.
As @Moose1958 says, maybe don't mention the SAP since it wasn't in effect at that time. -
Just don't mention anything about what happened 15 years ago. Find a place to do the refresher and move on.

Take the advice given in Post #13
-
Thanks you sir I will do

Where in Florida?
Lets start from scratch. Forget SAP.
That's why I contacted @Moose1958 -
Call Abilene. They’ll work with you. Don’t even bring up the SAP program. Ask for Trish in recruiting. But please, don’t mention my name. Don’t need the referral.

There you go, Post #17

So they don't go that far back cause everyone was getting me in for orientation until I told them I failed a drug test in 2008 Im just scared I get there and they turn me around in front of everyone they do check everything before they set you for orientation? Cause I'm ready to get on the road and get my life back and enjoy the open road

Stop talking about that. You've learned your lesson about job interviews.JohnBoy Thanks this.
