A lot of Don'ts versus Do's. 80 pages of it.
Example: If there is a shorter route you CAN'T use it.
You also have to drive 250 miles b4 you can stop. So, I guess that means taking a bottle to piss in if needed.
And why do I have to make sure I'm not being followed. What the heck am I hauling?
But we shall see. Hoping for a great outcome. Grateful for the opportunity to work again.

Every company has some rules. The routing companies give seems to line up with fuel stops they want you to take. If they trust you they'll let you do your thing. For a period of time it's always best to do things how they like. My company provides routing and fuelstops as well. Most of the time, I follow it. I've heard from someone that drive there they haul a lot of pharmaceutical products. Not sure how true that is, but if that's the case, then that may be the reason why they want you to drive a long distance. I hauled am LG load once and they have a lot of the same rules too. They want you to have at least 6 hrs on your clock. You gotta drive 150 miles without stopping, and you gotta have at least ¾ tank of fuel if I'm not mistaken. That was a shipper. I had a load of tvs. If they didn't seal it up the way they do, nobody woild be thrown off about what's in the trailer. The way they tie it down tells the whole world you got something valuable.

    Do you have any experience?
It's getting more difficult to find SAP companies.
Is there a Cintas company near you? That's a local driving job.

I was wrongfully charged with dui in a cmv 7-3-23. Vehicle wasn’t moving, I wasn’t on duty. Case was dismissed for the reason: “State’s witnesses cannot identify the defendant as being the driver at the time of inspection.” That’s because I wasn’t. An actual knowledge violation was reported to clearinghouse over 8 months later which prohibited me from driving until completion of steps. I filed a petition to remove violation, but they didn’t. They added documentary evidence that there was no conviction, which cleared me to drive, but I still can’t get hired anywhere. Clean MVR, clean PSP, no accidents, and only that one citation. 8+years experience. Can someone help me navigate through this madness on what to do next? It’s crazy that a criminal court can dismiss a ridiculous charge, but this clearinghouse database is punishing me just for being written a citation that was proven to be unjustified. Someone help.
