Seems like I changed out a blower motor on a 05 t600 and it was on the fire wall but does the ac blower motor sit inside a cubby on the firewall on a 07 t800?

yep. take the 4 bolts off on the top cover of the heater/ a-c box and the motor sets in and is actually bolted to the cover via two metal straps and a bolt. those covers are usually bad about rusting out so becareful. blower motor and new wheels to go with it (because the old ones prolly wont come off very easy, they are plastic and like to crack when ya try to take them off the two shaft ends of the motor) run ya about 60-80 dollars roughly.

no problem friend. your welcome....... I just rebuilt the WHOLE entire box not long ago on mine and it was not real fun. good luck, my truck runs in northern Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan and Indiana in the winter, so the salt destroyed my box. its made of cheap thin metal. hopefully yours is better shape than mine was, good luck!
