Someone please help I'm not getting power at the diagnostic port on a 2009 international prostar, when I connect my eld device to it I get nothing. What could possibly be wrong n if anyone can tell me where the fuse is located for the diagnostic port that'd be great

Check breaker F3-A in your main panel in front of the passenger seat.

I checked that 1 cuz that's the same one the dealer told me to check but on the fuse panel it says it's for the ignition but I did check it and it was good

Sometimes the connector is a secondary one after they use the factory one to plug in a telematics device, so you might have to open up the dash a bit to see if there is another connector buried in there that has power.
