Well this is just preparing you for all the dumb crap you get to deal with when you go out on your own. Sounds fishy...keep your cool work through the process.

 

Could be an issue with your background check or something else they found that would prevent you from getting a job.Is roadmaster a training company for a certain trucking company or do you pay for it out of pocket?If you're paying for it seems kind of odd they are kicking you out for a simple thing such as no physical(which you say you have)

If they are a training company for a particular carrier and you don't meet their standards then must be something they found on your background they didn't like.Any DUI's,Felonies?Tha would explain alot.

 

Road Master is a truck driving school.With carriers,does'nt matter if we had a physical a week before we start that company,they want the drivers to take a physical with their doctor.Wonder if the same policy applies with Road Master.

 

I so now why a school would care as long as they have record that you have a current medical card unless this is a requirement of there insurance company?

 

I definitely wouldn't let it slide. I'd go right into the office on Monday and call the recruiter out. You're paying them money for a service and you should get what you pay for.

 

ok if its all over the physical then it should get worked out for you on Monday.I understand your frustration but legally without the physical you cannot drive the truck.Sure they could let it slide and keep you on the yard but you cannot go out on the road.
