I'm out of a job due to company closure...

Many people use Uber/Lyft apps at the same time and make real good money doing that.
Married couple friends of mine do that and were able to buy a nice beautiful home because of making great money.

 

Thank you everyone! I will be exploring all options, including any Non-CDL jobs. This weekend is when most of the research and homework is done, along with writing tailored resumes and cover letters where needed.

 

I use those 2 services often and it seems like a lot of great people make a pretty good living doing it. I would probably look into doing it but I really enjoy doing the OTR driving life.

I read a post about someone doing Uber Lyft and he only took rides to and from medical facilities or something like that .
Maybe just employees , think he had made friends with several of the employees and was the go to Uber guy for car pooling employees or something.

Any way , he had figured out exactly which lanes and times and days of the week that paid very well, and that’s the only ones he worked .

Also as suggested , don’t overlook office jobs similar to the one you’re doing.
