I'm taking up bicycling ..any others here into it ?

Won't hold air. Like the valve stem is bad. The bike store is a 30 mile drive. I only ride it on the road, not like this bike is having the hell rode out of it.

 

You're suppose to fix bike tires yourself.
Go to Walmart.
Buy tube.
Take old tube out.
Put new tube in.
Air up.

 

Wal mart also 30 miles away. And I refuse to spend money there. I'll go tomorrow to the bike store.

 

I always damage new tubes! LOL. I have had to patch a few new ones right away! Ahg!

 

Buy 2 LOL.

Last week must have been a blip.

 

I use mapmywalk. They have a website and app.

Easy and simple to use, no fuss no muss.

No ads that I've seen, so they either don't exist, or they don't happen enough for me to be bothered by it.

I use it for walking but there is an option for bicycles, running, etc.

I bought this scale on Amazon Last year , it was 22ish American dollars and had great reviews.
It works great for me.
I can step on it 20 minutes later and it’s the same down to the ounce as earlier
