What’s your issue with it? Malfunction? Bad mapping?

I bought the first one and it died within the first hour. The pilot replaced it and it did the same thing 20 days later. The pilot manager exchanged it but didn't give me a new receipt. So i kept my receipt and went my way. Now i have a receipt with a different serial number than the one I have in my posession and pilot won't replace it. Basically I'm here out of $500. I can send it to RM but everyone says they all break like that very quick. That just isn't right!!

I would contact the Pilot and have them track down the receipt for you, they have it in their system whether they gave it to you or not. Then you could contact RM about the issue with your 80. I bought the 50, and initially had issues with it, but I called RM and they were able to help me reset the unit, it’s worked perfectly ever since. Worth a try, anyway.Alexander suero Thanks this.
