Yeah I've got a headache now lol. Maybe because I know I'm going back to work in a few hours. But that's a vacation of sorts for me, with two teenage daughters and the wife.

You’re only a couple of hours away from some of the most breathtaking and nearly untouched wilderness in Alaska. Anchorage and the surrounding towns have nearly everything you could want in a modern town. Kind of the best of both worlds. Somewhat similar to Vancouver but less uppity people, cost of living is similar.

Seattle is much more expensive to live in, way more people, and nowhere near there is untouched wilderness like Alaska.

I've got an acquaintance that owns a trucking company in Whitehorse, Yukon, he's offered me the opportunity to come winter drive a couple times, Canananananda just won't let me in.

That's true, however, for me, being a father was the greatest thing I ever did with my life, and I made sure my kids knew that. I did everything with them, because they were fun to be with. I've seen 1st hand how no or poor fathers have a profound effect on what kind of people the kids become. My daughter is very successful in the entertainment industry, and said once, "dad, I am what I am because of you",,,that felt pretty darn good.
