When I am stuck at a dock and am done exercising I like to watch old TV series. I get them used on ebay for pennies on the original price.

Did the whole Shield for $25

working on The Wire for $30.

Unless you're a professional digital artist in your spare time you don't need a $3000 mac. Laptop is the best option but vehicles with computers use rack-mounted small-form-factor horizontal builds. If it's standing up like a tower the G's are going to be trying to pull everything inside the case down. You have to think about ventilation and a power supply too and you might not be able to modify a company truck how you need it. Good luck.

I play flight simulator. Have all the gauges and controls and built a home ####pit. I wanted the best Mac I could get with the nicest display. I know it doesn't compare to higher end gaming PC's, but I don't like PC's. So I went with a Mac and run flight simulator through boot camp.

Idk about this one man. I'm paranoid about my electronics (iPad, cb, notebook, tv, Xbox) and their values total nowhere near $3,000. I couldn't imagine gettin into an accident and losing somethin THAT valuable.. Or havin it come up missin when ya truck is in the shop for X amount of days... Or gettin robbed at a truck stop.

Honestly, I'd leave it at home and use it when ya get there.

That's cool, people have their preferences. The good news is you can get a more immersive experience sitting in your truck with VR.

Either you use an antenna (some trucks have one built into the back wall of the sleeper) or you spend the big $ and get a portable Satellite TV setup. I suppose nowadays you could use your cheap internet device and stream content to it (assuming your data plan wouldn't break you).
