Any ideas? That sensor only reads "error" in neds, im assuming it's the 3 wire sensor on the intake horn on the driver's side. Replaced sensor, no change. Truck is definitely derating and has no power with a load, can't even merge onto intestate. Any ideas or ways around it? Thanks.

    From the Maxxfarce 13 manual:

Fault Overview: Fault code sets when Engine Control Module
(ECM) detects Intake Manifold Pressure (IMP) signal voltage greater
than 4.825 volts (IMP greater than 616.5 kPa). Lamp Reaction
Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) will illuminate immediately when
this fault is detected. Associated Faults None. Fault Facts None.
Drive Cycle to Determine Fault Status Continuous Possible Causes

    • IMP Circuit Open or short to PWR
    • SIG GND circuit Open
    • Failed IMP sensor

The sensor circuit has a 5 volt supply and return wire to it. The sensor signal should be between approximately 0.3 volts and 4.7 volts. If 5 volts are coming back on the signal wire that usually means that the 5 volt return wire to the ECM is broken some where between the sensor and the ECM. I would start at the IMP sensor connector and give them the ten pound pull test. The wires in the insulation can break from vibration and flapping in the gentle breeze from the fan.

I had started that troubleshooting as laid out by International diagnostic book, all the voltages checked good with multimeter. Went back and pulled on the connector like you said, sure enough someone in the past put a half assed butt splice on the IMP wire inside the split loom. Hours of headache for a simple fix. Thanks!
