Sound like they’re just doing their job. You don’t have to like it or support it. I doubt anyone involved cares what anyone thinks.

1 year mandatory loss of driving privileges I believe and it doesn't matter that it happened south of the CAN border.
    Reciprocity and all.
I wonder if they will collect any pay while on mandatory vacation.
Can you work for an cross border company ,dock or office, etc, while on a SAP program?

I believe you, if enrolled prior to the accident, would be put on leave, and still considered bondable. So yes. As per this instance, I'm on team no. And the conviction would mean no one would hire her for 5 years. Shes a shunter until it clears her record.

Unions are just Communist. At one t iij me they did help the worker, problem is now, one guy works hard, shows up on time, always achieves his goals, get paid the same as the slacker who does nothing, barely shows up, wastes time. Union makes it so. If your union, working hard, being a good person, gets you knowhere. I had one union job, few years ago, 7 months, went out and bought another truck and went back to work. Not for me.
