If you're a brand new driver.....dont go with Schneider (current Schneider driver)....you need to go with a company with a longer training program otherwise when Schneider sends you out solo in 2 or 3 weeks you may not have had the opportunity of driving in a variety of terrains. I know for fact we had someone in my bulk class that never drove mountains and her first load....was through the mountains.....personally I started with Werner and trained as a 48 state driver and the experience was great.
