    Has anyone tried the in dash radio that has dvd, sat. radio, navigation, bluetooth. ect. Many different brands like alpine, kenwood, pioneer...just wondering how you like them?

    As far as I know, none of these units have truck specific routing. They're really designed for cars.

    ya i was afriad of that.. i actually saw a couple on custom rigs.com but they really don.t say they are designed for truckers? if anyone knows of one that is on the market please let me know...thank you

    i'm not sure which brand it is, but you can upload your own mapping software into it. if you have the software from rand mcnally or microsoft s&t, you could possibly upload it into the unit itself.
