Drove for Werner a few years, but it was long ago. Left on good terms, but they no longer have this division. I am pre hired with May, who seem a fine enough company, but I feel like I'm a flatbedder dang it. Expect to test out of a good school in a few weeks.
So, I need a company that will take new drivers, runs flatbeds with decent mileage and pay, stays in the West, school loan payback a plus, has automatic transmissions. Home time always great but I'm willing to be a little flexible. May looks really good for this, though.
I have perused this forum a few hours now, and my first choice, Roehl, seems to get not much love here, with micromanagement being my biggest concern.
Is there anyone else I should be looking at? Or should I just do my time driving a box around for a year?
Based in Rural Arizona.
Thanks for any advice.

You might give System Transport a look for flatbeds. System Transport We have a terminal out of Phoenix, and if they dont have an opening right away ask about starting with TWT with the ice boxes and if a flatbed gig opens its super easy to jump over to system.

Good luck to you and let us know where you land.
