Since the company is that great though I would not think it's a trainer issue. Remember you are a TRAINEE not mentor etc.
In training and unwilling to falsify logs to help my trainer make $. What to do?

It's doing things and not logging them at all, or logging things that never happened that I have a problem with. -

Ok Mr By the Book -Yeah I bet your view will change the second you "start" your day to go fuel and get stuck at the fuel islands for an hour
Chieftains, BeN DaViS, j76ny and 2 others Thank this. -
RoadRacer Thanks this.

Actually I'm starting to change my opinion.... if said trainer is getting a new hire warnings that will lead to write ups that could lead to termination that's BS and i would demand a new trainer.

Hahahaha. Young grasshopper! Tell that to our drivers that when stopped for a while waiting at the guard shack line and the elogs kick them from driving to on duty, and they change it back to driving, while not moving so they burn up there 11 fast. That is what you get from salaried workers with no work ethic.
In our software all entries except Driving can be edited. You may get a call from log audit though. Or no call and a qualcom message notifying you of safety points given! Or, take your truck to the yard and empty it!!!

It has been 11 years since I was with a trainer and my trainer did everything by the book and warned me about shaving time logging that you arrived 15 minutes before you did. The worst thing that you can do is not log fueling that you did because if you are in a serious accident the attorneys will subpoena your log books and the companies fuel receipts to see that they match up. They will also check scales times to see if your logs match the scale times.
driverdriver, Dreamboat, RoadRacer and 1 other person Thank this.
