    Now the MD General Asylum (Assembly) just voted to abolish the concealed handgun permit review board. They decided the MSP was overturning too many denials.

    I did not know that. Maryland is a may issue state. We are a Shall Issue State here in Arkansas. Big difference.

    Thank you for the updating. I had been working towards a Out of State from Md, but now with that board gone, I suspect whatever decision they make will just have to be tough cookies if deny.

    When I was stuck at a different consignee another driver was telling me this one food place charges $150 cash only fee if over an hour late at the guard post before they allow you on the property then you have to pay the lumpers as well. I understand how lumpers but how can a company expect a driver to hand over that kind of cash? Do you get reimbursed or something ?

    It is only a guess on my part. That western had been sold on a "hot load" with out looking at the details. It is still my only concern about anyone that has to work for Western Express. There is a great deal of people that work in the Nashville office that offer to do the job that some one else must actually do for them.
