I had inquired about this before but the thread died out before it was answered. Does IRT have a terminal in Bensalem, Pa. and is it up and running? They are not listing it on their website.

The easiest way to find out is just call and ask.

I'm not 100% sure on this, but I think IRT has a terminal in Levittown. If they do have a terminal in Bensalem, they would most likely be off of State Rd around the Bensalem Travel Center (which use to be the old Atkinson terminal where the Hub Group works out of) where all the LTL outfits are located at. I know they have terminals in Jersey though.

I'm not sure if you're strictly on tankers only, but ACME is huge in Lancaster. Maybe give them a shot.

That's cheating, lol. Just kidding. Thanks for replying. I was hoping to start some dialog if there was IRT drivers who live in the northeast and operate out of a terminal up here. "Maps" lists a terminal at 1528 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, Pa.

Yes, Ewell is a good outfit and I have no complaints. Right now I'm part time driving a few days a week. If that changes and I have to jump back in it with both feet, I wanted to explore options.

I've never worked for Ewell, but I had applied once as I wanted, and still would like to, get into food grade tanker work. The terminal was too far to commute to on a daily/weekly basis from where I live though. IIRC, you can't take the truck home with you. As for the OP, I don't know that I'd leave Ewell for Indian River. Do a search on here, From what I've read about them, it seems that the bad outweighs the good.
