Indian River Transport, Co. - Winter Haven, FL.?

Ok so at about 7:15 this morning Tony calls and says to deadhead to leesburg before montezuma gives me anything. Went to leesburg, picked up milk going to white wave foods in Jacksonville. Already preplanned to deadhead back to montezuma and pick up milk going to winter haven.

Oh, and I lost my fuel card. So now I'm sitting in jacksonville with half a tank of fuel. Just enough to get me where I need to go, but that's it. Going to get another card when I get back to the yard.

Today and yesterday were not good days for me at all. The loud train that kept going through montezuma every hour on the hour while I was trying to sleep last night didn't help.

 

Im still tryin to figer out why you were at southeast milk? and not the dfa yard,is that were your qc info took you?


and you know it was coming.... what happend to your fuel card?

Man I hate days like that, it always happens when starting a new job I think.

 

Yes the qc directed me right to se milk.

No idea about the fuel card. All I know is I looked in my wallet this morning and it wasn't in there. Pulled the truck apart looking for it but no dice. Being without it has made me feel very uneasy to say the least.

Oh well. Tomorrow will be a better day.

 

i am not sure what happened but payroll lost my sheet that i write all my loads on and turn into the unscanned box like i was told to do so i didnt get a paycheck friday not cool actually i havent gotten a paycheck at all.... i got home last night from running milk from belleview to lakeland so now today im taking my 34 hr restart it seems like the office personal has no idea whats going on

 

I scan all my paperwork at flying j. Usually when I get fuel. Every load has been paid. Now I just have to set up direct deposit.

 

I always made a copy of my local sheet right there in the office when I turned in my paper work just incase and so you can check it make sure you got paid right.

I never thought I'd see someone else from Sebring on here!

 

stabob do you bring yourr truck home?? i have a seperate sheet of every load or every trailer i have shuttled for them... all i do is local work i didnt know we had to scan the paper work in the system cause we just turn everything into the non scanned box in dispatch... oh well im new and mistakes happen so no need for me to get all pissed off just need to make sure it gets fixed if your a local driver aswell id like to get together and ask you some driver questions as to how you do things without asking dispatch
