The dirty water story....... they were hauling some, scared the inside of the tanks, got caught. goodby Para Marine hello north american tank lines.... then it was condensed back down to Indian River Transport. and as far as the Ag. station checking tanks.... that went away years ago, now they check mostly livestock, cars and for pests in loads.
Cyanide Thanks this. -
I drive there, this info is not correct, contact recruiting for correct info, however clovis or turlock are the only terminals you would want to work out of. but I would not recommend this company. they do not deal truthfully or honestly with drivers.
-
Not sure Trulock is doing too well right now, heard they were allowing the drivers to run around as if they didn't have half a brain when it came down to logs, and because of that IRT was about to loose it's operating authority in Cali. Tony supposedly went out there and fired some ppl and is now trying to get things straight with the Cali DOT so IRT doesn't loose it's authority. Atleast that's the word around the fuel island.

I was there when the wastewater incident went down, and from what I remember it wasn't pretty!
-
1tankeryanker...where you there back then as well?
-
The basics on the story is that Para Marine had a contract for hauling phosphate wastewater out of the mines and that those tanks were to be quarantined and NEVER used to haul juice for Trop or Minute Maid again. But, they were and yep, got caught. You would think something like that would do more damage than it did but, just goes goes to show what a lot of $$$ under the table will do to bail someone's butt out!
