I cant say that it's the regulations. But more of the ppl that are causing the older more experienced drivers to want to leave. Micro management and dweeb face twerps that are book smart with no hands on experience work my nerves.

but that is my job, yes, others are micro managed by twits, morons, dweebs, that do not know a steering wheel from an oil can.
i always said, the best management teams are former drivers. but here too, so many companies require a college degree of some sort. personally, i cannot see why, if one has been in the business some 30/40 years?
absolutely NO college can teach what WE LEARNED the hard way many days. all ANY school does, is teach one the basics, the rest you LEARN on the job, and that's a fact.gokiddogo Thanks this. -
