It is the end of summer so if can check local garage sales, you can find some neat stuff out on the road.

Sleeping bags will slowly slide off the bunk when you're driving. A tip is, if you don't want to roll it up after each use, use the restraint straps on the bunk to hold it in place.

I checked out slumberjack website. Really like the one with flannel lining. I just might go with that one.

Just a tip....flannel absorbs smells and can get pretty rank. Most synthetic materials won’t. And if it’s just you you’re not going to want a giant bag like pictured above. Your body will expend more energy trying to warm all the air around you. Mummy bags are warmer.

fitted sheets and a good comforter or 2, what I used for 30+ yrs. 2 pairs sheets, one in wash ,one on bunk.

easier to wash than a big bag.

I have one from the 80's and it's still good for below zero weather. I would say they are middle ground, good bang for the buck

What you do when it gets cold? Winter bag should be rated -40. I have two, a vintage German army bag and a Woods double. Nothing Walmart pedals is cold weather rated IMO
