Inexperience Team jobs in the Northeast

Hi all, first time posting on the forum. I'll start off with a little history about myself. I'm 22, will be 23 this summer and have been working for the last 9 months at a job I don't really enjoy. My whole life I've been around trucks, my grandfather owned a paving company and my uncle hauls construction materials. I have always been inclined to things that move, dirtbikes, cars and trucks, boats...basically anything with an engine. I am deeply interested in doing team OTR with a good friend who has a similar background as myself. I have done days of reading on this forum trying to educate myself, and to avoid repeating unneccesary posts!

So my biggest question right now is this: Are there any OTR companies that have terminals in the Boston area, or companies that are looking to hire teams out of this region. Any feedback and advice will be greatly appreciated!
