    "Photographic evidence" doesn't mean beans anymore. An expert could detect if that is an unaltered digital photo or photo shopped, but we can't tell on the monitor.
    The British still use old fashioned Polaroids in criminal investigations, they still make the stuff . that is the legal standard there, don't trust digital anything.
