info from Chester heartland drivers

having been off the road for a few months,I finally got restless and applied to Heartland Express. They accepted my application,and I would be regional out of Chester Va. Are there any Heartland drivers out there that can give me some positive input before I jump in with both feet??
Most of what I've read here has been negative about heartland,but the same can be said about my last company which was lambasted here as well as being the worst flatbed company....I was treated pretty well overall by them thanks...
