    I've got a buddy who works out of their Theodore, AL yard. Been with them 3 years. Another buddy worked with them out of the Cordele yard and lasted 2 months. I haven't asked the Theodore driver if things have changed (gotten better, worse, or about the same) since Action bought Triad Transport a few months ago.

    I'm beginning to think you might as well just throw all the names of companies that you think you might like in a hat pull one out and give it a shot. But I hate changing jobs

    May as well give it a shot. My Cordele buddy was a guy you couldn't please no matter what. Wanted to be home every weekend. When he did, then he complained he wasn't getting enough loads to make a decent paycheck.

    I agree with your other statement regarding throwing your potential companies names in a hat and pulling one out. Not much difference one from another.
