Anyone 10 and up. I rode and both our boys have gone out. There's just a waiver form (I think it was) that had to be signed by either the rider or their parent.

What is the speed that Boyd governs their trucks? I have heard different numbers like 60, 62, 65, etc.

I honestly do not remember the base speed but they increase it for things like good mpg averages and such.
