Anyone have any knowledge about Doug Andrus Distributing out of Idaho Falls Id.
I'm looking for a decent place to do on the job training.
So if anyone has worked for them or trained with them I like to hear from you.

They have a thing where you go to Eastern Idaho Technical College and they will pay $1000. of the course and you pay them back at 50.00 a week after your done with your trainers. They have 2 Divisions Refer/Dry Van and Flatbed.even though I was terminated by safety I still like the company. They work with you. Great Mgmt.By the
way the instructor at EITC is their old Safety Director.Listen to him and you'll do good

Any recent info on Doug Andrus trucking out of Idaho Fallls Idaho? I would like to know the size of the company and pay scale and any other info someone might want to pass along. I have checked their web site and it gives very little new driver info. The last post I saw on this site is from 3/13/09 and is a little out dated.
    Thanks for your reply.

I haven't found any info online either but talked to a Doug Andrus driver a couple of weeks ago. I don't have much detail but he said he had been with company for 1 1/2 yrs, just after school, pulling dry vans, .31 cpm, avg 2500 mpw, 401K, Blue Cross health insurance, riders allowed. He said they are great to work for, very safe and easy to get home (he lives in Idaho Falls). The 2009 International ProStar issued to him was spotless. Trucks are no older than 4-5 yrs.
