They will run your rear off! Keep in mind it is strictly seasonal, and as the low man on the totem pole, you will be night shift after training.

One person told me its hourly pay but someone else told me by the load... In hearing two different things?

I know a few guys who drive for Panella during harvest season. They get paid by the load.
bchoi23 Thanks this. -
Ok here is the 3yr old low down they work from may to the end of November may is rice paid by miles hours and load this is the law as of 2016 ca just different for miles hourly and load pay for all harvest trucks all seasonal crops tomatos July til sept grapes aug thru oct sparatic. Walnuts oct nov a few others pistachios almonds all sparatic and usually done by the drivers that return to assigned trucks usually anything built after 2013 and most of the quik cash stuff will be the return drivers since they are paid differently and drive the newest vehicles which have no chance of breaking down and know the fastest route and if paid the same would make more money than panella wants to pay so they will let u make 200 a day and if that takes 8 or 16hrs it will be the end of your day of course i mean max
