    Yes. I agree. Let's hear some good ones. And I am not talking mega carriers either. I would like to hear good companies to work for that are not posted on this site.

    I see a lot of post on here saying most these companies on this site are starter companies. I don't see much about where to go after you get a year under your belt.

    That would be some useful information.

    If I owned a trucking company, I could ask who the 5 worst drivers are that ever worked for me. Would it be the one that rolled one of my trucks last week with a load of electronics on board? Or maybe the clown that rear-ended a family last year and killed 2 kids, while he was trying to read his map. Of course, the Mama's boys who are always late for appointments because they can't get up before 10 am and get going would be good contenders too. But my favorites are the drivers that are under a hot load with my best customers freight and then need to "get home right now" because their kid has the sniffles or Grandma sneezed yesterday, and they're leaving the truck at the truckstop and catching a plane home.

    So, in my "poll", who is the worst, in your opinion?
